Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our clients and our instructors, while ensuring that appointment times are available for everyone who needs them.

1. Session Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, we require at least 12 hours' notice before your scheduled start time. Cancellations made with more than 12 hours' notice will not incur any charge, and the session credit will remain on your account for future use.

Cancellations made within 12 hours of your session start time are considered late cancellations. For late cancellations:

If you do not attend a scheduled session and do not provide any notice, the session will be forfeited from your plan or the full fee charged, just as with a late cancellation. Repeated no‑shows may result in the loss of booking privileges.

4. Late Arrivals

We strive to accommodate late arrivals, but sessions must end at the scheduled time to respect the next client. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late without notice, your instructor may not be able to conduct the session safely. In that case, the session will be treated as a late cancellation.

6. Monthly Plan Rollover

For members on the Starter, Recovery, or Intensive plan, up to one unused session per month may be rolled over to the following month, provided it was not a late cancellation. Sessions beyond the one‑session rollover limit will not carry forward.

7. Free Assessment Cancellations

Free assessments also require 12 hours' notice. Missed free assessments or late cancellations may result in a fee of $25 and may limit your eligibility to book another free assessment.

8. Refunds

We do not offer refunds for monthly plan payments or pre‑purchased packages. If you need to pause or cancel your membership, please contact us — we'll work with you. Memberships can be canceled with 7 days' notice before the next billing cycle, without penalty.
